TERMS AND CONDITIONS

POLICY OF RETURN

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order; however, we understand if a product doesn’t work out and want to make the return as painless as possible. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products purchased outside of our 3-day return window. Please also note that we are unable to accept exchanges of products at this time.

General conditions of return

Your purchased product must be:

  • In the same condition as when received, with label and packaging intact.
  • Complete, with all accessories.
  • Sealed products must not have been opened.

To be returned, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging and seal intact if applicable. However, the item may be returned if it is found to be defective after delivery, or following reasonable use (according to the manufacturer’s instructions for use) during the returns period.

Return and refund requests rejected and confiscation

  • All items are inspected upon return to verify the reasons for the return provided.

    If your return request is not approved by Dina Beauty London, you will not receive a refund of the purchase price or delivery charges, and we will make 2 re-delivery attempts within 7 business days.

    If both re-delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will notify you immediately that we will hold the item for an additional 30 days from the original notification date. Our notification will include details of the collection location and opening hours.

    If you do not collect the item within the required time, you will lose the item, i.e. the item will become the property of Dina Beauty London and Dina Beauty London may dispose of it in any manner it deems appropriate, for example through sale, charitable donation, recycling or destruction.
